The Board of Directors of Exxon Mobil Corporation declared a cash dividend of 73 cents per share on the Common Stock, payable on September 10, 2015 to shareholders of record of Common Stock at the close of business on August 13, 2015.

This third quarter dividend is at the same level as the dividend paid in the second quarter of 2015.

Through its dividends, the corporation has shared its success with its shareholders for more than 100 years and has raised its annual dividend payment to shareholders for 33 successive years.

Shares of American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARCP), inclined 2.12% to $8.69, during its last trading session.

As part of its ongoing efforts to focus on the future, American Realty Capital Properties declared that it will officially start business operations under a new corporate name and will be known as VEREIT, Inc. effective July 28.

The name VEREIT (pronounced “ver-REIT”) is the blend of veritas, the Latin word meaning truth, and REIT, the industry in which the Company strives to be a respected leader. “Changing the name of the Company was high on my list of priorities as we work towards establishing a new business foundation and organizational culture,” explained Glenn J. Rufrano, VEREIT’s Chief Executive Officer. “VEREIT is the perfect name as it succinctly represents a commitment to serve our tenants, business partners, investors and employees through discipline, transparency and consistency.”

American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. owns and acquires single tenant, freestanding commercial real estate that is net leased on a medium-term basis, primarily to investment grade credit rated and other creditworthy tenants. The company principally invests in retail and office properties.

Finally, The ADT Corporation (NYSE:ADT), ended its last trade with 4.77% gain, and closed at $34.48.

The ADT Corporation stated its financial results for the third quarter of 2015. The Company stated total revenue of $898 million, an enhance of 5.8%, or 6.2% in constant currency(1), contrast to the third quarter of 2014. Recurring revenue, which made up about 93% of total revenue in the quarter, was $834 million, up 6.2% contrast to the same period last year and up 6.8% in constant currency(1). Recurring revenue growth in the quarter was driven by an enhance in ADT’s new and resale revenue per user, which rose 2.4% over last year to $48.19, the addition of Reliance Protectron Inc., strong revenue growth by ADT Business and improved customer retention. Revenue attrition for the quarter improved to 12.4%, an improvement of 10 basis points sequentially and 150 basis points year-over-year.

The ADT Corporation provides monitored security, interactive home and business automation, and related monitoring services in the United States and Canada. The company’s monitored security and home/business automation offerings comprise the installation and monitoring of residential and business security, and premises automation systems designed to detect intrusion, control access and react to movement, smoke, carbon monoxide, flooding, temperature, and other environmental conditions and hazards, in addition to address personal emergencies, such as injuries, medical emergencies, or incapacitation.
