SanDisk Corporation declared that the Board of Directors has declared a third quarter 2015 cash dividend of 30 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable on August 25, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 3, 2015. Future dividends are subject to approval by SanDisk’s Board of Directors.

SanDisk Corporation designs, develops, manufactures, and markets data storage solutions in the United States and internationally. The company offers removable cards, which are used in various applications and consumer devices, counting digital cameras, camcorders, smartphones, tablets, and eReaders under the SanDisk Ultra, SanDisk Extreme, and SanDisk Extreme PRO brands.

Shares of Danaher Corp. (NYSE:DHR), inclined 1.35% to $89.05, during its last trading session.

Danaher Corporation declared record results for the second quarter 2015.

For the quarter ended July 3, 2015, non-GAAP adjusted diluted net earnings per share were $1.08, which reflects the adjustments identified in the attached reconciliation plan. On a GAAP basis, diluted net earnings for the second quarter were $696 million, or $0.97 per share. Revenue for the second quarter 2015 raised 3.5% to $5.1 billion with core revenues also increasing 3.5%.

The Company anticipates that non-GAAP, adjusted diluted net earnings per share from ongoing operations for the third quarter 2015 will be in the range of $1.00 to $1.04. The Company is raising its full year 2015 non-GAAP adjusted diluted net earnings per share from ongoing operations guidance to $4.25 to $4.33 from $4.23 to $4.33.

Danaher Corporation designs, manufactures, and markets professional, medical, industrial, and commercial products and services worldwide. The company’s Test & Measurement segment provides test, measurement, and monitoring products that are used in electronic design, manufacturing, and technology development; hardware and software solutions to deploy, manage, and secure communication network technologies and services; and tools, toolboxes, and automotive maintenance equipment.

Finally, Palatin Technologies Inc. (NYSEMKT:PTN), ended its last trade flat, and closed at $1.

Palatin Technologies declared that it has closed on a private placement of Series E warrants to purchase 21,917,808 shares of its common stock and Series F warrants to purchase 2,191,781 shares of its common stock. Certain funds managed by QVT Financial LP invested $5 million and another accredited investment fund invested $15 million. The funds paid $0.90 for each Series E warrant and $0.125 for each Series F warrant, resulting in gross proceeds to Palatin of $20 million, with net proceeds, after deducting estimated offering expenses, of about $19.8 million.

Palatin also declared the closing of a $10 million venture loan led by Horizon Technology Finance Corporation (HRZN). The debt facility, which comprises an interest-only payment period for the first 18 months, is a four year senior secured term loan that bears interest at a floating coupon rate of one-month LIBOR (floor of 0.50%) plus 8.50%. The lenders also received Series G warrants to purchase 549,450 shares of Palatin’s common stock.

Palatin Technologies, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, develops peptide therapeutics for the treatment of diseases. The company’s clinical development product is Bremelanotide, a peptide melanocortin receptor agonist that has accomplished Phase 2B clinical trial for the treatment of female sexual dysfunction (FSD).
