Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation, declared the Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission has cleared the projected acquisition of Tyson Foods, Inc’s Mexican operations. This satisfies the final regulatory approval required for closing by the Commission, and the Company will now work with Tyson to complete the deal as soon as possible.

Mexico is a key piece of our strategy and we view the country as a proxy of other developing economies’ future demand for higher protein consumption.”

Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation engages in the production, processing, marketing, and distribution of fresh, frozen, and value-added chicken products to retailers, distributors, and foodservice operators in the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

Shares of Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), inclined 0.73% to $95.35, during its last trading session.

Omnicare, will release its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2015 before the market opens on Friday, July 24, 2015.

Omnicare, Inc. operates as a healthcare services company that specializes in the administration of pharmaceutical care in the United States. The company’s Long-Term Care Group segment offers pharmaceuticals, and related pharmacy and ancillary services to long-term care facilities; and chronic care facilities and other settings.

At the end of Tuesday’s trade, Shares of Millennial Media, Inc. (NYSE:MM), gained 0.53% to $1.90.

Millennial Media, declared that it has made employment inducement equity awards to 6 employees. The inducement awards cover an aggregate of 85,000 shares of Millennial Media common stock in the form of 45,000 options to purchase shares of Millennial Media common stock and 40,000 restricted stock units of Millennial Media common stock, and are being made as a material inducement to employees entering into employment with Millennial Media in connection with the acquisition transaction.

The new stock options will vest over a period of four years, with 25% of the option vesting after one year and the remainder vesting in equal monthly installments for 36 months thereafter, subject to the grantee’s continued employment with Millennial Media on the applicable vesting date. The new restricted stock units will vest over a period of four years, with 25% of the restricted stock units vesting after one year, and the remainder vesting in equal quarterly installments thereafter, subject to the grantee’s continued employment with Millennial Media on the applicable vesting date. The awards are subject to the terms of the Millennial Media Inc. 2014 Equity Inducement Plan and the individual award agreements.
