On Wednesday, Shares of SandRidge Energy Inc. (NYSE:SD), lost -6.77% to $0.505.

SandRidge Energy declared that it has designated Julian Bott as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Bott, who served as Chief Financial Officer at Texas American Resources Company since 2009, assumes the CFO role from Eddie M. LeBlanc, 66, who has served as CFO since July 2013 and has declared his retirement.

Skyworks Solutions declared that it will be the exclusive provider of RF content powering D-Links next generation 802.11ac Wave 2 devices. The AC5300 (DIR-895L/R) and AC3150 (DIR-885L/R) ultra Wi-Fi routers support tri-band 2.4 and 5 GHz technology, multiple user MIMO and deliver wireless speeds up to 5.3 Gbps and 3.2 Gbps, respectively. The DIR-895L/R is the world’s fastest router, facilitating uninterrupted, high definition multimedia streaming in the home.

Retrophin, stated its second quarter 2015 financial results.

  • Net product sales for the second quarter 2015 were $24.1 million, contrast to net product sales of $5.7 million in the second quarter of 2014
  • Non-GAAP operating income for the second quarter 2015 was $3.2 million, contrast to a non-GAAP operating loss of $11.5 million for the same period in 2014
  • Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities as of June 30, 2015 totaled $133.6 million
