XL Catlin and Financial Risk Solutions, Inc. have entered an exclusive underwriting agreement to offer Chill-Pro contractual liability insurance coverage for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractors in the US. Chill-Pro is a unique national insurance program that provides service agreement coverage for chiller, or large air conditioning units, that are installed and operate with a “Full Service Agreement” by HVAC contractors.

According to Brian Strain, head of XL Catlin’s Equipment Breakdown business, “Chill-Pro® is the only product on the market recently that assists HVAC contractors address the risks of service contracts while remaining competitive in their market.”

Wisconsin Energy Corporation declared it has accomplished the acquisition of Integrys Energy – forming the WEC Energy Group (WEC) and reiterated its dividend declaration to shareholders.

On June 12, the board declared a pro rata dividend of $0.00459239 a share per day that accrued from May 15, 2015, through June 28, 2015, one day preceding to the closing of the acquisition. This pro rata dividend – which covers 45 days — is the daily equivalent of the current quarterly dividend rate of $0.4225 a share.

WEC Energy Group, Inc., through its auxiliaries, generates and distributes electric energy. The company operates in two segments, Utility Energy and Non-Utility Energy. It generates electricity from coal, natural gas, oil, hydroelectric, wind, and biomass.

At the end of Friday’s trade, Shares of PBF Energy Inc (NYSE:PBF), gained 3.91% to $31.10.

PBF Energy Inc., declared that it will release its earnings for the second quarter 2015 on Thursday, July 30, 2015. The company will host a conference call and webcast regarding second quarter results and other business matters on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at 8:30 a.m. ET.

PBF Energy Inc., together with its auxiliaries, engages in the refining and supply of petroleum products. It produces gasoline, ultra-low-sulfur diesel, heating oil, jet fuel, lubricants, petrochemicals, and asphalt, in addition to unbranded transportation fuels, heating oil, petrochemical feedstocks, and other petroleum products.

Finally, Millennial Media, Inc. (NYSE:MM), ended its last trade with -0.54% loss, and closed at $1.85.

Millennial Media, declared that it has made employment inducement equity awards to 6 employees. The inducement awards cover an aggregate of 85,000 shares of Millennial Media common stock in the form of 45,000 options to purchase shares of Millennial Media common stock and 40,000 restricted stock units of Millennial Media common stock, and are being made as a material inducement to employees entering into employment with Millennial Media in connection with the acquisition transaction.

The new stock options will vest over a period of four years, with 25% of the option vesting after one year and the remainder vesting in equal monthly installments for 36 months thereafter, subject to the grantee’s continued employment with Millennial Media on the applicable vesting date. The new restricted stock units will vest over a period of four years, with 25% of the restricted stock units vesting after one year, and the remainder vesting in equal quarterly installments thereafter, subject to the grantee’s continued employment with Millennial Media on the applicable vesting date. The awards are subject to the terms of the Millennial Media Inc. 2014 Equity Inducement Plan and the individual award agreements.
