On Tuesday, Shares of Vale S.A. (NYSE:VALE), lost -3.39% to $5.70, as the world’s largest iron-ore miner declared its plans to cut production, according to Bloomberg.

The company said at an industry conference in Sao Paulo that it will withdraw iron ore production by 25 million metric tons starting this month, Bloomberg added.

Vale S.A., together with its auxiliaries, engages in the research, production, and sale of iron ore and pellets, nickel, fertilizer, copper, coal, manganese, ferroalloys, cobalt, platinum group metals, and precious metals in Brazil and internationally.

Shares of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (NYSE:HLT), inclined 0.75% to $28.38, during its last trading session.

Cloud Peak Energy, declared that, effective July 7, 2015, Robert Skaggs has been elected to the Cloud Peak Energy Board of Directors and will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.

Skaggs is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Columbia Pipeline Group, Inc.. CPG companies own and operate more than 15,000 miles of plannedally located natural gas pipelines, integrated with one of the largest underground storage systems in North America. Preceding to CPG’s separation from NiSource Inc. in July 2015, Skaggs served as chief executive officer of NiSource since 2005 and president since 2004.
