Chegg, stated financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2015.

Shares of Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER), declined -0.64% to $18.70, during its last trading session.

Teradyne, stated revenue of $513 million for the second quarter of 2015 of which $400 million was in Semiconductor Test, $63 million in Wireless Test, $46 million in System Test and $4 million in Industrial Automation. Industrial Automation comprises of Universal Robots’ results from June 12 through July 5, 2015. On a non-GAAP basis, Teradyne’s net income in the second quarter was $114.6 million, or $0.53 per diluted share, which excluded attained intangible asset amortization and comprised of the related tax impact on non-GAAP adjustments. GAAP net income for the second quarter was $102.9 million or $0.48 per share.

Orders in the second quarter of 2015 were $529 million of which $395 million were in Semiconductor Test, $84 million in Wireless Test, $45 million in System Test, and $5 million in Industrial Automation.

Teradyne, Inc. provides automatic test equipment worldwide. The company’s Semiconductor Test segment designs, manufactures, sells, and supports semiconductor test products and services for wafer level and device package testing in automotive, industrial, communications, consumer, computer and electronic game applications, and others.

At the end of Tuesday’s trade, Shares of Cummins Inc. (NYSE:CMI), lost -2.02% to $126.01.

Representatives from Cummins Inc. (CMI) and Schneider Electric signed a joint declaration recently to collaborate on community improvement projects across the globe.

“This partnership will improve how Cummins provides resources and engages employees in corporate responsibility projects around the globe,” said Mark Levett, Vice President of Corporate Responsibility, and CEO of the Cummins Foundation. “Working together, Cummins and Schneider Electric can use our global footprint, and the strength of our employee’s skills, to drive even greater change in our communities.”

Cummins Inc. designs, manufactures, distributes, and services diesel and natural gas engines, and engine-related component products. It operates through four segments: Engine, Distribution, Components, and Power Generation.

Finally, Allergan PLC (NYSE:AGN), ended its last trade with -1.16% loss, and closed at $331.05.

ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte is announcing that the global pharmaceutical company Allergan plc is expanding its year-long research partnership with ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte and Intermountain Healthcare to comprise women’s health.

This initiative will harness ConvergeHEALTH’s OutcomesMiner analytics platform to generate real-world clinical insights in an effort to improve patient outcomes.

The partnership was launched in April 2014 to improve treatment protocols for respiratory diseases. Multiple projects are at various stages with initial results released at the American Thoracic Society’s Annual Meeting.

Allergan plc develops, manufactures, and distributes generic, branded, biosimilar, and over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical products. It operates in three segments: North American Brands, North American Generics and International, and Anda Distribution.
