On Thursday, Shares of NiSource Inc. (NYSE:NI), lost -4.87% to $16.99.

NiSource Inc., and Columbia Pipeline Group (NYSE:CPGX) declared that the separation of the two companies was accomplished successfully through a distribution of all the common stock of CPG held by NiSource to NiSource shareholders.

Under the terms of the distribution, effective at 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on July 1, 2015, NiSource shareholders were distributed one (1) share of CPG stock for every one (1) share of NiSource common stock they held as of 5:00 p.m. CT on June 19, 2015, the record date.

NiSource Inc., an energy holding company, provides natural gas, electricity, and other products and services in the United States. It operates through three segments: Gas Distribution Operations, Columbia Pipeline Group Operations, and Electric Operations. The Gas Distribution Operations segment offers natural gas service and transportation to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Shares of Vantage Drilling Company (NYSEMKT:VTG), declined -1.06% to $0.17, during its last trading session.

Vantage Drilling Company, has challenged reports alleging that the arrest of a former Petrobras International Director was tied in some way to the Company’s contract with Petrobras for the Titanium Explorer. “Several hundred contracts were signed by this former Director, which in Vantage’s case, was after the parent board of Petrobras had approved the contract,” said Paul Bragg, Chairman and CEO of Vantage. Vantage is fully performing under the contract and found no evidence that would substantiate any allegation of improper activity by Vantage in connection with the award of the contract.

Paul Bragg additionally commented, “Vantage has always been committed to conducting itself in accordance with the highest standards of business ethics. We do not believe that any inappropriate act was committed by any personnel associated with Vantage. Although we are disappointed that recent news reports have suggested that a former Petrobras International Director was arrested on the suspicion of some form of wrongdoing associated with Vantage, in addition to with other companies contracted to Petrobras, we are confident that any suggestion is without merit as it relates to Vantage.”

Vantage Drilling Company, through its auxiliaries, provides offshore contract drilling services in the United States and internationally. It offers drilling units, related equipment, and work crews under contract to drill oil and natural gas wells.

Finally, Owens-Illinois, Inc. (NYSE:OI), ended its last trade with -0.09% loss, and closed at $22.91.

Owens-Illinois, has planned its second quarter 2015 conference call and webcast for Thursday, July 30, 2015, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time. The company`s news release for the second quarter 2015 earnings will be issued after the market closes on Wednesday, July 29.

Owens-Illinois, Inc., through its auxiliaries, manufactures and sells glass container products to food and beverage manufacturers primarily in Europe, North America, South America, and the Asia Pacific. It produces glass containers for alcoholic beverages, counting beer, flavored malt beverages, spirits, and wine.
