AT&T will deliver the first-ever nationwide package of TV and wireless services – all from a single provider on one bill, with special discounts – starting Aug. 10. The offer comprises HD and DVR service for up to four TV receivers, unlimited talk and text for four wireless lines, and 10GB of shareable wireless data – all for $200 per month, an annual savings of $600 or more in the first 12 months.

AT&T is the only single provider that can deliver nationwide TV and wireless services with one point of contact for customer care on a single monthly bill.

NVIDIA Corporation said it was recalling some of its Shield 8-inch tablets in the United States as the battery in these devices can overheat, posing a fire hazard, according to Reuters.

The Android-based tablet, which has a price tag of $300-$400, is targeted at gaming enthusiasts and comes equipped with batteries that are made to last longer. Reuters Reports

Nvidia, better known for its graphics chips, said it would replace Shield tablets with battery types that test Y01 it sold in the United States since the product’s launch in July 2014. Reuters added.

Nvidia spokesman Hector Marinez said the company will “continue to aggressively adopt best practices to avoid such concerns in the future.”
