GoPro declared financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2015.

Non-GAAP net income excludes, where applicable, the effects of stock-based compensation, acquisition-related costs, and the tax impact of these items. Additionally, GoPro reports non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA.

GoPro, Inc. develops hardware and software solutions to alleviate consumer pain points associated with capturing, managing, sharing, and enjoying engaging content.

Shares of American Airlines Group Inc. (NASDAQ:AAL), inclined 1.30% to $41.43, during its last trading session.

American Airlines Group, will webcast a live audio feed of its second quarter 2015 financial results conference call with financial analysts and reporters on Friday, July 24, at 7:30 a.m. CDT.

American Airlines Group Inc., through its auxiliaries, operates in the airline industry. As of December 31, 2014, the company operated 983 mainline jets, in addition to 566 regional aircrafts through regional airline auxiliaries and third-party regional carriers.

Finally, AECOM (NYSE:ACM), ended its last trade with 0.38% gain, and closed at $31.56.

AECOM, will hold a conference call with analysts and investors on Aug. 11 to talk about fiscal third-quarter 2015 financial results.

The company will conduct a live, audio-only webcast of its conference call at noon Eastern Daylight Time, during which administration will make a brief presentation focusing on the company’s results, strategies and operating trends.

AECOM, together with its auxiliaries, provides professional technical and administration support services for public and private clients worldwide. The company operates through two segments, Professional Technical Services (PTS) and Administration Support Services (MSS).
