As of the Early Tender Time, the aggregate principal amount of notes listed in the table below validly tendered and not validly withdrawn following the Any and All Tender Offer (as defined in Baxter’s Offer to Purchase dated June 18, 2015, the ”Offer to Purchase”) was about $1.1 billion and the aggregate principal amount of notes validly tendered and not validly withdrawn following the Maximum Tender Offer (as defined in the Offer to Purchase) was about $1.6 billion.

The terms and conditions of the Tender Offers are described in the Offer to Purchase and the related Letter of Transmittal. The Tender Offers are presently planned to expire at 11:59 p.m. NYC time on July 16, 2015 (the ”Expiration Time”).

Baxter International Inc., develops, manufactures, and markets products for people with hemophilia, immune disorders, infectious diseases, kidney disease, trauma, and other chronic and acute medical conditions.
