Active Stocks to Watch For: Manulife Financial Corporation (USA) (NYSE:MFC), Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE:ADM), Dynegy Inc. (NYSE:DYN)

Manulife Investments has declared the quarterly distribution for the Oil Sands Sector Fund (OSF-UN.TO). A quarterly cash distribution in the amount of $0.125 per unit of the Fund will be paid on October 15, 2015 to unitholders of record as of September 30, 2015. A unitholder who has continually held units since inception will have received a total of $4.750 per unit as of the payment date.

Manulife Financial Corporation, together with its auxiliaries, provides financial protection and wealth administration products and services to individual, corporate, and business customers primarily in Asia, Canada, and the United States.

Shares of Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE:ADM), declined -2.27% to $43.24, during its last trading session.

Archer Daniels Midland Company, declared that it will open in October a new, state-of-the-art flavor creation, application and customer service facility in Cranbury, New Jersey. The 15,700-square-foot site will comprise lab, office and meeting space—counting dedicated lab space for mint and oral care products—and will house a staff of flavorists and applications technologists.

Archer-Daniels-Midland Company procures, transports, stores, processes, and merchandises agricultural commodities and products. The company’s Oilseeds Processing segment originates, merchandises, crushes, and processes soybeans and soft seeds into vegetable oils and protein meals.

Finally, Dynegy Inc. (NYSE:DYN), ended its last trade with -4.22% loss, and closed at $24.72.

The Illinois Commerce Commission declared that Dynegy is one of the winning suppliers of the Illinois Power Agency’s MISO Zone 4 capacity procurement event. The capacity procured in this process is for planning year 2016/2017 at a weighted average price of $138.12 per MW-Day. Total capacity to be offered by the winning suppliers is 1,033 MWs.

Dynegy Inc., through its auxiliaries, produces and sells electric energy, capacity, and ancillary services in the United States. It operates in three segments, Coal, IPH, and Gas. The company sells its services on a wholesale basis from its power generation facilities.
