Grupo Financiero Santander Mexico, declared that to align its reporting date with its parent company, Banco Santander S.A., it will release its fiscal second quarter 2015 financial results before market open on Thursday, July 30, 2015, which is after the reporting deadline of July 28, 2015 established by the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission (“CNBV”).

At the end of Wednesday’s trade, Shares of EnteroMedics Inc (NASDAQ:ETRM), gained 9.36% to $0.340.

EnteroMedics Inc., a medical device company, focuses on the design and development of devices that use neuroblocking technology to treat obesity, metabolic diseases, and other gastrointestinal disorders.

Finally, Plug Power Inc (NASDAQ:PLUG), remained flat at $2.39.

Plug Power, reliable energy solutions has reached a definitive agreement with Axane, S.A., a partner of Air Liquide S.A. to acquire the remaining 80 percent that it doesn’t own of HyPulsion, its European joint venture, for $11.47 million in Plug Power common stock, subject to certain post-closing adjustments. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions and is predictable to close no later than August 2015.

Plug Power and Air Liquide founded HyPulsion in 2012 to jump-start the hydrogen and fuel cell market in Europe. To date the company has achieved key milestones in product development, customer engagement and strong OEM relationships. The original agreement intended for Plug Power to ultimately assume control of HyPulsion, though this was accelerated given Plug Power’s success in the North American market.

Plug Power Inc., an alternative energy technology provider, engages in the design, development, manufacture, and commercialization of fuel cell systems for the industrial off-road markets worldwide.
