Active Stocks To Watch List: Macy’s, (NYSE:M), JD.com, (NASDAQ:JD), CenturyLink, (NYSE:CTL), Infoblox, (NYSE:BLOX)

On Wednesday, in the course of current trade, Shares of Macy’s, Inc. (NYSE:M), gained 1.21%, and is now trading at $69.32.

This June, Macy’s commemorates national LGBTQ Pride Month with its celebratory campaign, Pride + Joy, featuring a wide array of in-store events, parades, commemorative advertising and sponsorships. Pride + Joy, the company’s annual LGBTQ campaign, continues to highlight Macy’s long-standing commitment to diversity, inclusion and respect.

This year, as part of its nationwide campaign, Macy’s is partnering with The Trevor Project. Founded in 1998 by the creators of the Academy Award-winning short film TREVOR, The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning young people ages 13-24.

During an Afternoon trade, Shares of JD.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:JD), gained 0.23%, and is now trading at $34.88.

On May 25, Tuniu Corporation, declared the appointment of Mr. Haoyu Shen and Ms. Cindy Chen as directors to the Company’s board of directors. The appointment of Mr. Shen and Ms. Chen is in connection with the US$500 million private placement the Company declared on May 8, 2015 and they replace Mr. Thomas Gai Tei Tsao and Mr. Eugene Chehchun Huang, who have resigned from the board.

Mr. Haoyu Shen presently serves as the chief executive officer of JD Mall, the B2C business group of JD.com (JD). Preceding to assuming his current role in April 2014, Mr. Shen served as the chief operating officer of JD.com from August 2011 to April 2014, and was in charge of JD.com’s entire supply chain administration and customer service functions. Preceding to joining JD.com, Mr. Shen worked at Baidu, Inc., the leading Chinese language internet search provider, where he served as a senior vice president from January 2010 to July 2011 and the vice president of business operations from July 2007 to July 2010. Mr. Shen holds a bachelor’s degree in international finance from the People’s University of China in Beijing and an MBA degree from the University of Iowa. Mr. Shen is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Shen was also designated to serve on the compensation committee of the board.

JD.com, Inc., through its auxiliaries, operates as an online direct sales company in the People’s Republic of China. It primarily offers electronics and home appliances products; and general merchandise products, counting audio and video products, and books.

Shares of CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE:CTL), during its Wednesday’s current trading session fell -0.11%, and is now trading at $32.92.

CenturyLink, declared that Karen Puckett, CenturyLink’s President of Global Markets, will retire from the company effective August 31, 2015.

“Karen has played an integral role as part of our team that has been transforming CenturyLink into a major player in the IP-enabled network services, cloud infrastructure and hosted IT solutions markets,” said CenturyLink CEO and President Glen F. Post, III. “As we move into the next phase of our transformation, Karen and I have mutually arrived at a conclusion that, after 15 years of hard work and extensive contributions, she will retire from the company. We are very grateful to Karen for her dedication and leadership and wish her the best in the future.”

“We are confident that we have the right strategy, assets and employees at CenturyLink to continue our journey of transformation,” Post added. “With Karen’s departure, we are appointing Ross Garrity, CenturyLink’s Senior Vice President of IT Solutions, as the interim leader of our Global Markets group. Ross has over 30 years of IT Services experience having served as Senior Partner – Information Technology at KPMG, where he assisted reestablish KPMG’s consulting and IT implementation services. Preceding to KPMG, Ross was the Chairman and CEO of American Renewable Fuels LLC, where he successfully led the planned expansion of an Australian-based renewable energy company into the U.S. Additionally, his extensive knowledge of IT services, software solutions, technology implementation and telecommunications will assist position us to drive planned revenue growth over the coming months. At the same time, we are startning a global search for a sales and marketing leader who will assist in the ongoing transformation of our company.”

CenturyLink, Inc. provides various communications services to residential, business, governmental, and wholesale customers in the United States. It operates through two segments, Business and Consumer.

Finally, Infoblox Inc. (NYSE:BLOX), gained 1.31% Wednesday.

Infoblox, stated its financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2015. Total net revenue for the third quarter of fiscal 2015 was a record $78.1 million, an enhance of 28.0% on a year-over-year basis.

On a GAAP basis, the Company stated a net loss of $5.1 million, or $0.09 net loss per fully diluted share, for the third quarter of fiscal 2015, contrast with a net loss of $7.4 million, or $0.14 net loss per fully diluted share, for the third quarter of fiscal 2014.

The Company stated non-GAAP net income of $7.2 million, or $0.12 diluted net income per share on a non-GAAP weighted-average share basis, for the third quarter of fiscal 2015, contrast with non-GAAP net income of $3.8 million, or $0.07 diluted net income per share on a non-GAAP weighted-average share basis, for the third quarter of fiscal 2014.

Infoblox Inc. develops, markets, and sells automated network control solutions worldwide. Its appliance-based solution combines real-time IP address administration with the automation of network control, and network change and configuration administration processes in physical and virtual appliances.
