United States Steel Corporation, declared that Suzanne Rich Folsom, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and senior vice president – government affairs, has been named a Best General Counsel by The Ethisphere Institute in their annual list of “Attorneys Who Matter.” Folsom was honored for the third successive year for her expertise and body of work as a general counsel and corporate compliance leader.

The dividend amount of $0.19 per share, representing an annualized amount of $2.28 per share, is payable on August 17, 2015 to shareholders of record as of August 3, 2015.

The Board of Directors also declared dividends on the company’s Monthly Income Class F preferred stock. The monthly dividend amount of $0.138021 on the Class F preferred shares is payable on August 17, 2015 to shareholders of record as of August 1, 2015. The annualized dividend amount for the Class F preferred shares is $1.65625 per share.

Realty Income Corporation is a publicly traded real estate investment trust. It invests in the real estate markets of the United States. The firm makes investments in commercial real estate. Realty Income Corporation was founded in 1969 and is based in Escondido, California.

Finally, Zayo Group Holdings Inc (NYSE:ZAYO), ended its last trade with -1.49% loss, and closed at $24.46.

Zayo Group Holdings, declared that as part of its mobile infrastructure expansion strategy the company will provide fiber-to-the-tower (FTT) to more than 500 towers to serve a major wireless carrier customer. More than 350 of the towers will be located in the Greater Seattle area, with 90 percent as single tenant expansion sites.

The underlying wireless customer sale (closed in the June fiscal quarter) has a contract term of 20 years and is predictable to generate an initial unlevered cash flow yield of about 11 percent per annum on $61 million of predictable capital investment, based solely on the initial anchor sale. Zayo anticipates to utilize the expansion to serve additional wireless tenants at these towers, plus provide fiber-based services to non-wireless customers such as universities, school districts, hospitals and content providers. The capital investment will primarily fund the construction of over 350 route miles of new fiber network.

Zayo Group Holdings, Inc., through its auxiliaries, provides bandwidth infrastructure solutions for the communications industry in the United States and Europe. The company operates in three segments: Physical Infrastructure, Lit Services, and Other.
