On Friday, in the course of current trade, Shares of Zogenix, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZGNX), surged 14.77%, and is now trading at $1.71.

Zogenix, declared new data demonstrating sustained efficacy and tolerability for patients treated with low-dose fenfluramine as an adjunctive therapy for Dravet syndrome. The data was authored by world-renown experts in the field of Dravet syndrome, Berten Ceulemans, M.D., Ph.D. and Lieven Lagae, M.D., Ph.D., from the Universities of Antwerp and Leuven in Belgium, and was presented at the European Paediatric Neurology Society meeting taking place this week in Vienna, Austria. Zogenix intends to initiate Phase 3 clinical studies for ZX008, the Company’s investigational proprietary pediatric formulation of low-dose fenfluramine, during the second half of 2015. ZX008 is designated as an orphan drug in both the U.S. and Europe for the treatment of Dravet syndrome.

Patients with Dravet syndrome experience frequent, severe and potentially life-threatening seizures that typically start in the first year of life. These seizures do not respond to standard anti-epileptic medications and current treatment options are very limited.

Zogenix, Inc., a pharmaceutical company, develops and commercializes therapies for the treatment of central nervous system disorders in the United States. Its marketed product comprises Zohydro ER, an extended-release formulation of hydrocodone for the treatment of severe chronic pain.

During an Afternoon trade, Shares of Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:OCLS), gained 5.59%, and is now trading at $0.940.

Oculus Innovative Sciences, declared that the financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter 2015, ended March 31, 2015, will be released after the U.S. markets close on June 11, 2015. The earnings release will be followed by a conference call at 1:30 p.m. PDT on June 11, 2015, to talk about fiscal fourth quarter and year end results.

Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc. designs, produces, and markets prescription and non-prescription products based on its Microcyn platform technology for the dermatology, surgical, advanced wound and tissue care, and animal healthcare markets in the United States, Mexico, Europe, and internationally.

Shares of Sysco Corporation (NYSE:SYY), during its Friday’s current trading session fell -0.19%, and is now trading at $37.18.

Sysco Corporation, webcasted its presentation from the 2015 Citi Global Consumer Conference in New York, NY., on Thursday, May 28.

Sysco Corporation, through its auxiliaries, markets and distributes a range of food and related products primarily to the foodservice or food-away-from-home industry. It operates in Broadline and SYGMA segments.

Finally, Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (NYSE:NWL), lost -0.83% Friday.

Newell Rubbermaid, declared the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share. The dividend is payable June 15, 2015 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2015.
