RTI International Metals, Inc. declared that, in connection with the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of March 8, 2015, by and among the Company, Alcoa Inc. (AA) and Ranger Ohio Corporation, a direct wholly owned partner of Parent, the Company delivered a notice to holders of its 3.000% Convertible Senior Notes due 2015, following the Indenture, dated as of December 14, 2010 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Indenture”) between the Company, the partner guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, of a Make-Whole Fundamental Change and delivery of a Fundamental Change Company Notice (as such terms are defined in the Indenture) that occurred in connection with the consummation of the transactions. The Effective Date (as defined in the Indenture) of the Fundamental Change and Make-Whole Fundamental Change was July 23, 2015.

Alcoa Inc. produces and manages primary aluminum, fabricated aluminum, and alumina worldwide. The company operates through four segments: Alumina, Primary Metals, Global Rolled Products, and Engineered Products and Solutions.

Shares of Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN), inclined 4.66% to $18.86, during its last trading session.

Huntsman Corporation will hold a conference call to talk about its second quarter 2015 financial results on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Second quarter 2015 results will be released to the public at about 6:00 a.m. ET that day.

Huntsman Corporation, together with its auxiliaries, manufactures and sells differentiated organic and inorganic chemical products worldwide. The company operates in five segments: Polyurethanes, Performance Products, Advanced Materials, Textile Effects, and Pigments and Additives.

Finally, Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC), ended its last trade with -1.44% loss, and closed at $10.59.

Airtel Gabon has selected Ericsson as its sole supplier for the deployment of a new LTE network. The agreement also comprises transformation of the existing mobile radio access and core network infrastructure. LTE 4G technology offers the capacity and the speed to handle a rapid enhance in data traffic. The new network will enable Airtel to deliver a superior mobile broadband experience to their customers.

Under the agreement, Ericsson will install its multi-standard radio base station the RBS 6000, which supports GSM/ EDGE, WCDMA/HSPA, and LTE in a single cabinet. Ericsson`s RBS 6000 ensures Airtel`s customers can continue to enjoy the best possible network throughout the country. Upgrade of capacities and packet functionalities, to support LTE requirements, will be done for the installed base of MINI-LINK TN microwave equipment. The contract covers equipment, software and a range of professional services, counting project administration, systems integration and support.

Ericsson provides communications technology and services worldwide. The company’s Networks segment delivers products and solutions for mobile access, Internet protocol (IP) and transmission networks, core networks, and cloud.
