On Monday, Shares of Altria Group Inc (NYSE:MO), lost -3.21% to $52.21.

Altria Group declared that its Board of Directors voted to enhance Altria’s regular quarterly dividend by 8.7% to $0.565 per common share as compared to the previous rate of $0.52 per common share. The quarterly dividend is payable on October 9, 2015, to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2015. The ex-dividend date is September 11, 2015.

The new annualized dividend rate is $2.26 per common share, representing a yield of 4.1% based on Altria’s closing stock price of $54.73 on August 20, 2015.

Today’s dividend enhance reflects Altria’s intention to return a large amount of cash to shareholders in the form of dividends and is consistent with Altria’s dividend payout ratio target of about 80% of its adjusted diluted earnings per share. Altria has raised its dividend 49 times in the past 46 years.

Altria Group, Inc., through its auxiliaries, manufactures and sells cigarettes, smokeless products, and wine in the United States and internationally. It offers cigarettes primarily under the Marlboro brand; cigars principally under the Black & Mild brand; and moist smokeless tobacco products under the Copenhagen, Skoal, Red Seal, Husky, and Marlboro Snus brand names.

Shares of Alcatel Lucent SA (ADR) (NYSE:ALU), declined -4.28% to $3.13, during its last trading session.

Alcatel-Lucent, transformed Telefonica’s fixed and mobile networks with its IP technology and services expertise to meet growing consumption of data and video by its customers – while ensuring optimal operational cost and efficiency.

Video content is causing data traffic to rise dramatically across Telefonica’s networks. In 2014 the company tripled its pay-TV subscriber base to 1.9 million customers. With the expansion of its Movistar TV service, counting the integration of Canal+ services and launch of personal video and ‘catch-up’ TV services - enabled by Alcatel-Lucent’s Cloud DVR platform - Telefonica will continue growing its customer base that could reach four million customers for this service by the end of 2015.

Demand is also growing amongst Telefonica’s mobile subscribers, in addition to amongst customers of its fixed access business, driven by the operator’s declarement earlier this year that it will triple the speeds of its fiber fixed-line services. As a result of this demand, Telefonica aims to enhance network capacity and reduce complexity to allow it to manage traffic with even greater efficiency.

Alcatel-Lucent provides Internet protocol (IP) and cloud networking, and ultra- broadband access worldwide. The company’s Core Networking segment offers IP routing, carrier Ethernet, network functions virtualization, and software defined networking applications and infrastructure to meet the challenges of network traffic growth while supporting the delivery of cloud-enabled business, mobile, and residential services for service providers, mobile network operators, cable/multiple system operators, transportation, utilities, and large-scale enterprises.

Finally, WABCO Holdings Inc. (NYSE:WBC), ended its last trade with -1.50% loss, and closed at $110.66.

WABCO declared that it has reached several long-term supply agreements with JMCH, a new customer and an established major truck manufacturer based in China that is expanding into the heavy-duty truck segment.

WABCO’s new business involves wheel-end solutions, counting air-disc brakes, in addition to conventional brake valves, other brake components, and clutch servo technology. WABCO will support two new and separate platforms for the customer’s different brands of medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Series production is planned to start in three years for the Chinese market and predictable export to Southeast Asia. WABCO China further differentiated its offering for this customer through highly cost-effective wheel-end solutions specially designed to satisfy local market requirements.
