According to Wall Street Journal, Twitter, Inc. (TWTR),will pass Yahoo for third place in U.S. online ad sales this year. On the other hand, the social network launched a new live-streaming app called Periscope on Thursday morning with hopes to catch up to momentum created by its rival.
