Green Dot Corporation, declared that its Board of Directors authorized the terms of a share repurchase plan, subject to regulatory approval. Following the program, the Company is authorized to repurchase up to $150 million of its common stock.

The Company may repurchase shares on the open market or through privately negotiated transactions at times and prices considered appropriate by the Company, at the discretion of administration, and subject to its assessment of market conditions and other economic factors.
