Sealed Air intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes to repurchase, redeem or satisfy and discharge all of its outstanding 8.375% Senior Notes due 2021, counting any premiums, fees and expenses in connection therewith. Net proceeds from the sale of the Dollar Notes and the Euro Notes, after initial purchasers’ discounts and commissions and the Company’s estimated fees and expenses, are predictable to be about $395 million and €395 million, respectively. We expect the offering to close on June 16, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Sealed Air Corporation provides food safety and security, facility hygiene, and product protection solutions worldwide. The company’s Food Care segment offers integrated system solutions that incorporate equipment systems into customers’ operations; and packaging equipment systems that incorporate various options for loading, filling and dispensing, and retort and aseptic processing conditions.

Shares of NextEra Energy Inc (NYSE:NEE), during its Tuesday’s current trading session raised 0.30%, and is now trading at $99.44.

NextEra Energy, declared the completion of a 2.6 MW solar system on the main college campus in Dryden, New York. The system, installed on about 10 acres, is predictable to meet 90 percent of the college’s electricity needs.

“We’re proud to support TC3’s aims to be more energy efficient and to save money that can be applied to programs for students,” said Matt Handel, vice president of development for NextEra Energy Resources. “By putting a piece of their underutilized land to work generating clean solar energy, TC3 will receive competitively priced electricity at no up-front cost.”

NextEra Energy, Inc., through its auxiliaries, generates, transmits, and distributes electric energy in the United States and Canada. The company generates electricity from gas, oil, solar, coal, petroleum coke, nuclear, and wind sources.

Finally, Sequenom, Inc. (NASDAQ:SQNM), gained 0.3% Tuesday, hitting its highest level.

Sequenom, declared that it has reached separate, privately negotiated exchange agreements with certain holders of its outstanding 5.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2017 issued on September 17, 2012 following which Sequenom will exchange $85 million in aggregate principal amount of the Existing Notes for $85 million in aggregate principal amount of new 5.00% Convertible Exchange Senior Notes due 2018. Following the closing of these transactions, $45 million in aggregate principal amount of the Existing Notes will remain outstanding with terms unchanged. The exchange was predictable to close on June 9, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

The New Notes will accrue interest at an annual rate of 5.00%, payable semi-annually in arrears in cash on April 1 and October 1 of each year, startning October 1, 2015. The New Notes will mature on January 1, 2018, unless formerly repurchased or exchanged in accordance with their terms preceding to such date.
