Afternoon Trade Stocks Recap: Resolute Energy Corp (NYSE:REN), Ballard Power Systems Inc. (USA) (NASDAQ:BLDP), Integrated Device Technology Inc (NASDAQ:IDTI)

On Wednesday, in the course of current trade, Shares of Resolute Energy Corp (NYSE:REN), droped -3.79%, and is now trading at $ 1.27.

Resolute Energy, declared that it has engaged Petrie Partners, LLC to market for sale its Hilight Field property in the Powder River Basin. The marketing of Hi-light Field is consistent with previous declarations made by the Company that it would pursue additional non-core asset sales to reduce leverage and enhance liquidity. An updated investor presentation containing additional information on Hilight Field will be posted on the Company’s website at resoluteenergy.com as information is offered to potential interested parties.

The Company also declared that it received a letter dated June 1, 2015, from the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) informing Resolute that it has regained compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing standards.

Resolute Energy Corporation, an independent oil and gas company, acquires, explores for, develops, and produces oil, gas, and hydrocarbon liquids. It holds interest in the Aneth Field covering about 43,000 gross acres located in the Paradox Basin in southeast Utah; and 36,500 gross acres in the Permian Basin of Texas and southeast New Mexico.

During an Afternoon trade, Shares of Ballard Power Systems Inc. (USA) (NASDAQ:BLDP), climbed 4.63%, and is now trading at $ 2.38.

Ballard Power Systems, declared that it has signed a framework agreement with Tangshan Railway Vehicle Company, Limited (TRC) for development of a new fuel cell module that will be designed to meet the requirements of tram or Ground Transport Vehicle (GTV) applications.

The framework agreement contemplates that TRC trams will use next-generation Ballard fuel cell power modules designed specifically for this application. Initial work is predictable to involve Technology Solutions offered by Ballard to assist in the design and integration of a fuel cell power module into TRC tram equipment, with the aim of powering a GTV prototype in 2016.

Ballard Power Systems Inc. engages in the development and commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cells worldwide. The company is primarily involved in the design, development, manufacture, sale, and service of fuel cell stacks, modules, and systems for various applications.

Finally, Integrated Device Technology Inc (NASDAQ:IDTI), gained 0.93% Wednesday, hitting its highest level.

Integrated Device Technology, declared a long-term partnership with German semiconductor company ZMDI to develop energy-efficient power administration solutions. Integrating the two companies’ technologies and incorporating ZMDI’s leading-edge higher-current architectures will allow IDT to address new market segments with its award-winning power products.

“Digital power products from ZMDI will complement IDT’s existing scalable power solutions presently being used in enterprise computing and processor ecosystems,” said Sailesh Chittipeddi, vice president of Global Operations and chief technology officer at IDT. “And these devices will enable our power solutions to be used in broader market segments, counting industrial, communications and computing infrastructure that are typically tailored for higher current applications.”
