Afternoon Trade Stocks Roundup: United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX), Communications Sales & Leasing Inc (NASDAQ:CSAL), Genuine Parts Company (NYSE:GPC)

During an Afternoon trade, Shares of Communications Sales & Leasing Inc (NASDAQ:CSAL), climbed 1.84%, and is now trading at $20.12.

Communications Sales & Leasing declared that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.60 per share, payable on October 15, 2015 to stockholders of record on September 30, 2015.

Communications Sales & Leasing, Inc. operates as a real estate investment trust. It primarily engages in the acquisition and leasing of communication distribution systems. It owns 64,000 route miles of fiber, 235,000 route miles of copper, and central office land and buildings across 29 states.

Finally, Genuine Parts Company (NYSE:GPC), lost -0.20% Wednesday.

Genuine Parts Company declared that its Board of Directors elected Elizabeth W. “Betsy” Camp, as a new independent Director of the Company. Ms. Camp is President and Chief Executive Officer of DF Administration, Inc., a private investment and commercial real estate Administration Company, a position she has held since 2000. Formerly, Ms. Camp served in various capacities, counting President and Chief Executive Officer of Camp Oil Company for 16 years, tax accountant with a major accounting firm and attorney in law firms in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. Ms. Camp also serves on the board of Synovus Financial Corporation.

The Company also declared the election of two corporate officers. Robert L. Swann was named Vice President - Internal Audit, Compliance, and Risk, and Christopher T. Galla was named Vice President and Assistant Corporate Counsel. Formerly, Mr. Swann was Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit and Compliance, and has served the Company in a variety of audit, accounting and finance roles in his 10-year career with Genuine Parts. Mr. Galla has served as both associate and senior counsel in his 10 years with the Company, and most recently was Assistant Vice President and Senior Counsel.
