During Friday’s Morning trade, Shares of VimpelCom Ltd (ADR) (NASDAQ:VIP), gained 5.32% to $3.16.

VimpelCom Russia (the Beeline Brand) and Mobile TeleSystems (MTS, NYSE: MBT) have declared a large-scale project to share 4G/LTE radiofrequencies in 20 regions of Russia.

VimpelCom Russia and MTS have signed an amendment to their December 2014 agreement to jointly plan, develop and operate 4G/LTE networks in Russia.

VimpelCom Ltd. provides telecommunications services in Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Algeria, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. It offers voice and data services through a range of traditional and broadband mobile and fixed line technologies.

Shares of Genworth Financial Inc (NYSE:GNW), declined -3.43% to $3.52, during its current trading session.

Genworth Financial, Inc. (GNW) declared recently that it has issued a notice of redemption for all of its outstanding 8.625% Senior Notes (the Notes) due 2016. The redemption date of the notes will be January 19, 2016, and the redemption price of the Notes will be 100% of the principal amount plus a make-whole premium and accrued and unpaid interest to, but not taking into account, the redemption date.

The Paying Agent for the redemption of the Notes is The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., Global Corporate Trust, 111 Sanders Creek Parkway, East Syracuse, New York 13057.

Genworth will fund the redemption with proceeds from the sale of its lifestyle protection insurance business accomplished in December 2015, consistent with the company’s objective to improvement the financial flexibility and strength of Genworth.
