During Tuesday’s Morning trade, Shares of VMware, Inc. (NYSE:VMW), lost -0.05% to $56.94.

VMware, declared the general availability of VMware vRealize Automation 7 and VMware vRealize Business Standard 7to further empower IT teams to drive digital business transformation within their organizations.

Norfolk Southern Corporation, declared that its board of directors has unanimously rejected Canadian Pacific’s (CP) (CP) December 16, 2015 publicly revealed, revised proposal to acquire the Company for $32.86 in cash, a fixed exchange ratio of 0.451 shares in a new company that would own Canadian Pacific and Norfolk Southern, and 0.451 of a Contingent Value Right.

Norfolk Southern Corporation, together with its auxiliaries, engages in the rail transportation of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. As of December 31, 2014, it operated about 20,000 miles of road in 22 states and the District of Columbia.
