On Monday, in the course of current trade, Shares of VMware, Inc. (NYSE:VMW), dropped -11.12%, and is now trading at $69.90.

VMware, declared preliminary financial results for the third quarter of 2015.

Revenues for the third quarter are predictable to be $1.672 billion, an improvement of 10% from the third quarter of 2014, or an improvement of 14% in constant currency. “I’m happy with our overall Q3 results, with total revenue predictable to exceed the high end of our guidance range,” said Jonathan Chadwick, chief financial officer, chief operating officer and executive vice president, VMware.

License revenues for the third quarter are predictable to be $681 million, an improvement of 7% from the third quarter of 2014, or an improvement of 11% in constant currency.

GAAP operating margin for the third quarter is predictable to be 19.5%. Non-GAAP operating margin for the third quarter is predictable to be 31.5%.

VMware, Inc. provides virtualization infrastructure solutions in the United States and internationally. The company’s virtualization infrastructure solutions comprise a suite of products designed to deliver a software-defined data center (SDDC), run on industry-standard desktop computers and servers, and support a range of operating system and application environments, in addition to networking and storage infrastructures.

Finally, American Airlines Group Inc. (NASDAQ:AAL), gained 2.43% Monday.

American Airlines Group, will webcast a live audio feed of its third quarter 2015 financial results conference call with financial analysts and reporters on Friday, October 23, at 7:30 a.m. CDT.

American Airlines Group Inc., through its auxiliaries, operates in the airline industry.
