Pfizer Inc. built itself into a $212 billion behemoth by spending more money on acquisitions than any other drugmaker in the world. Still, Pfizer’s next purchase is what will really leave its mark as a dealmaker, according to Bloomberg.

The company may be plotting its biggest purchase yet to solve its biggest gripe: taxes. It pays a higher rate than most of its rivals, and Chief Executive Officer Ian Read has made it no secret that he wants to change that. It made a failed run at AstraZeneca Plc last year in what would have been a $120 billion tax-inversion deal, Bloomberg Reports.

Pfizer Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, discovers, develops, manufactures, and sells healthcare products worldwide. The company operates through Global Innovative Pharmaceutical (GIP); Global Vaccines, Oncology and Consumer Healthcare (VOC); and Global Established Pharmaceutical (GEP) segments.

During an Afternoon trade, Shares of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB), dipped -0.13%, and is now trading at $43.81.

U.S. Bancorp, declared that Richard Davis, chairman, president and CEO, will take part in a discussion regarding the Company at Bernstein’s 31st Annual Planned Decisions Conference. The session starts at 8:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, May 28, 2015, in New York City and will comprise information about U.S. Bancorp’s financial performance and corporate strategies.

U.S. Bancorp, a financial services holding company, provides a range of financial services in the United States. It offers depository services, which comprise checking accounts, savings accounts, and time certificate contracts; and lending services, such as traditional credit products, in addition to credit card services, leasing, financing and import/export trade, asset-backed lending, agricultural finance, and other products.

Shares of Mobileye N.V. (NYSE:MBLY), during its Friday’s current trading session fell -0.78%, and is now trading at $46.82.

Mobileye, declared that an article published in InformationWeek on May 20, 2015 quoted an industry expert and current director as stating that the company is commencing work with Apple on an autonomous driving project. The company is not presently at work with Apple.

Mobileye N.V., together with its auxiliaries, designs and develops software and related technologies for camera-based advanced driver assistance systems primarily in Israel. It operates through two segments, Original Equipment Manufacturing and After Market.

Finally, Linn Energy, LLC (NASDAQ:LINE), gained 1.06% Friday.

Linn Energy, declared the pricing of its public offering of 16,000,000 of its units representing limited liability company interests at a price to the public of $11.79 per unit. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 units from the Company at the public offering price less the underwriting discount. The offering is predictable to settle and close on May 22, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company anticipates to receive net proceeds from the offering of about $181 million (or about $208 million if the underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional units in full). Net proceeds from the offering are predictable to be used to repay debt under LINN Energy’s Credit Facility, which debt was primarily incurred to fund the open market repurchases of LINN and Berry’s senior notes.

Raymond James & Associates, Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Linn Energy, LLC, an independent oil and natural gas company, acquires and develops oil and natural gas properties in the Unites States. Its properties are located in the Rockies, the Hugoton Basin, California, east Texas and north Louisiana, the Mid-Continent, the Permian Basin, Michigan/Illinois, and south Texas.
