Dynegy, declared that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $1.34375 per share on the outstanding 5.375% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock that will be paid on November 2, 2015 to stockholders of record of the Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock on October 15, 2015. The dividend is for the dividend period startning on August 1, 2015 and ending on October 31, 2015.

Dynegy Inc., through its auxiliaries, produces and sells electric energy, capacity, and ancillary services in the United States. It operates in three segments, Coal, IPH, and Gas. The company sells its services on a wholesale basis from its power generation facilities. It has a fleet of 15 power plants in 5 states totaling about 13,000 megawatts of generating capacity.

Shares of People’s United Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ:PBCT), declined -1.09% to $15.41, during its last trading session.

People’s United Bank, declared that Scott Skorobohaty has joined the bank as Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking, responsible for the New York City and Long Island markets. Skorobohaty brings 20 years of experience in banking and financial services to the position, counting proven capability in executive leadership in addition to administrative and operational experience. He is responsible for driving the Commercial business in coordination with other bank leaders throughout the New York market.

Level 3 Communications, will release its third quarter 2015 results on Oct. 28, 2015. The company will broadcast a live conference call on its Investor Relations website, http://investors.level3.com, to review its third quarter 2015 results at 8 a.m. MT/ 10 a.m. ET.

Level 3 Communications, Inc., together with its auxiliaries, operates as a facilities-based provider of a range of integrated communications services primarily in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Finally, General Mills, Inc. (NYSE:GIS), ended its last trade with 1.16% gain, and closed at $56.62.

General Mills, declared a voluntary class 2 recall of a limited quantity of frozen Cascadian Farm Cut Green Beans produced on one day in June 2015. The recall is being issued as a precaution after one package of finished product tested positive for the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. No illnesses have been stated in connection with this product.

General Mills, Inc. manufactures and markets branded consumer foods in the United States and internationally. It also supplies branded and unbranded food products to the foodservice and commercial baking industries.
