If any net proceeds from this offering remain after completion of the tender offers, AES intends to use such proceeds to retire certain outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. The closing of the offering of the Notes occurred, subject to certain customary conditions, on April 6, 2015 (T + 3).

According to the Gartner report, “Integration platform as a service (iPaaS) is a cloud service that provides a platform to support application, data and process integration projects, usually involving a combination of cloud-based applications, APIs and on-premise systems.”
