In connection with the filing of its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, the Corporation noted that for 2015, the Corporation does not anticipate being subject to any REIT-required minimum distributions. Therefore, the Board of Directors does not anticipate declaring any dividend payments for 2015, and the Corporation presently does not intend to make distributions to ordinary stockholders in 2015, unless it successfully effects certain asset sales, raises additional capital, refinances its existing credit facilities, and/or experiences sufficient improvement in operating results.
