LyondellBasell Industries, declared that Doug Pike, vice president of investor relations, will address investors at the Deutsche Bank Global Industrials and Basic Materials Conference in Chicago, Illinois on June 4, 2015 at 11:20 a.m. CDT. The conference will take place at The Westin Chicago River North, 320 North Dearborn Street.

LyondellBasell Industries N.V. operates as a manufacturer of chemicals and polymers, refiner of crude oil, producer of gasoline blending components, and developer and licensor of technologies for production of polymers.

During an Afternoon trade, Shares of PDL BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ:PDLI), dipped -2.06%, and is now trading at $6.66.

Rexnord Corporation designs, manufactures, markets, and services process and motion control, and water administration products worldwide. The company operates through two segments, Process & Motion Control Platform and Water Administration Platform.

Finally, The Blackstone Group L.P. (NYSE:BX), gained 0.28% Friday.

The Blackstone Group, declared that Doug Ostrover will step down as a Senior Managing Director of Blackstone and will become a Senior Adviser to the firm. Mr. Ostrover was, together with Bennett Goodman and Tripp Smith, one of the founders of GSO, Blackstone’s alternative credit platform. Blackstone attained GSO in 2008 and it now has assets under administration of $75 billion. Mr. Ostrover intends to found a family office to invest capital and work alongside administration teams.

Bennett Goodman and Tripp Smith, the co-heads of GSO, said, “Doug has been our great friend and colleague for the last 25 years. The success of GSO as the leading alternative credit platform in the market recently is in no small measure the result of Doug’s creative thinking and energy. While we will miss him as a colleague, we are delighted that we will still have the benefit of his advice and counsel as a Senior Adviser.”
