On Friday, Shares of Youku Tudou Inc. (NYSE:YOKU), gained 2.67% to $23.45.

Presently, six of the top ten U/PGC channels are dedicated to gaming videos averaging daily video views of 50 million amid over 2,000 active U/PGC gaming video channels on Youku Tudou.

It offers hosted and on-premise solutions and services that provide platforms to generate and distribute clinical documentation through the use of dictation and transcription features; clinical documentation improvement programs; and speech recognition solutions for radiology, cardiology, pathology, and related specialties enabling healthcare providers to dictate, edit, and sign reports without manual transcription.

At the end of Friday’s trade, Shares of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (NYSE:ADM), gained 0.30% to $53.04.

Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, declared that it has reached a contract to purchase Meiweiyuan Biotechnology Co., a privately held sweetener manufacturer near the city of Wuhan, in the central Chinese province of Hubei.

The projected acquisition is subject to regulatory approval. ADM hopes to complete the transaction in the coming weeks.

ADM also declared that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the government of Hanchuan County, Hubei Province, in which the government commits to supporting ADM’s investment and its future expansion in the region.

Archer-Daniels-Midland Company procures, transports, stores, processes, and merchandises agricultural commodities and products. The company’s Oilseeds Processing segment originates, merchandises, crushes, and processes soybeans and soft seeds into vegetable oils and protein meals.

Finally, Seagate Technology Public Limited Company (NASDAQ:STX), ended its last trade with -0.94% loss, and closed at $56.89.

Seagate Technology, declared that it has raised the size of its formerly declared offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2027 to $700 million. The Notes were priced at 99.718% of the aggregate principal amount and will bear interest at a rate of 4.875% per annum. The Notes will be issued by Seagate HDD Cayman, an indirect wholly owned partner of Seagate Technology plcand guaranteed by Seagate.

The Notes are being sold in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers following Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The sale of the Notes is predictable to close on May 14, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Seagate Technology Public Limited Company designs, manufactures, and sells electronic data storage products in the Asia Pacific, the Americas, and EMEA countries.
