Hot Movers to Watch: Twitter, Inc. (NYSE:TWTR), GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (NYSE:GOL), Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC (NASDAQ:VNR)

On Tuesday, Shares of Twitter, Inc. (NYSE:TWTR), gained 2.63% to $36.72, after the appearance of a fake story which claimed the short messaging service received a $31 billion buyout offer.

The article was cited on a website made to look like Bloomberg’s business news page.

Bloomberg spokesman Ty Trippet says the story is “fake and appeared on a bogus website that was not associated with Bloomberg.” The site was taken down in the afternoon, leaving a message that read “This account has been suspended.”

Twitter, Inc. operates as a global platform for public self-expression and conversation in real time. It offers various products and services for users, counting Twitter that allows users to create, distribute, and discover content; and Vine and video, a mobile application that enables users to create and distribute short looping videos.

Shares of GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (NYSE:GOL), inclined 0.45% to $2.21, during its last trading session.

Gol Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes, has agreed to enter into several planned transactions with the Constantino Family, GOL’s controlling shareholder, and Delta Air Lines to strengthen the airlines’ planned alliance and enhance GOL’s financial position and liquidity.

As part of the agreement, GOL’s controlling shareholder will invest up to US$90 million in newly issued preferred shares of GOL and Delta will invest up to US$56 million in newly issued preferred shares of GOL. Delta also will guarantee a term loan to be reached by GOL with third party lenders of up to US$300 million. In connection with these transactions, GOL and Delta will extend their commercial cooperation arrangements.

The consummation of each of the planned transactions is subject to the execution and delivery of definitive documentation and customary closing conditions, counting receipt of required regulatory approvals.

Gol Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. provides regular and non-regular air transportation services for passengers, cargoes, and mailbags in Brazil and internationally. The company operates in two segments, Flight Transportation and Smiles Loyalty Program.

Finally, Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC (NASDAQ:VNR), ended its last trade with -0.59% loss, and closed at $13.56.

Vanguard Natural Resources, declared that its Board of Directors has determined the 2015 Annual Meeting of Unitholders will be held on September 17, 2015.

Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC, through its auxiliaries, acquires and develops oil and natural gas properties in the United States. It owns properties, and oil and natural gas reserves primarily located in nine operating basins, counting the Arkoma Basin in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
