The analyst firm downgraded AK Steel to “neutral” from “buy” in a note to investors. Bank of America/Merrill Lynch analysts also lowered their price target for the company to $4 from $6.
Bank of America/Merrill Lynch said the downgrade is due to a weaker steel price outlook.
