On Tuesday, FMC Technologies, Inc.(NYSE:FTI)’s shares declined 0.51% to $33.01.

FMC Technologies, Inc. (FTI) declared the award of a new EPC contract with Statoil where Phase 1 of the Johan Sverdrup field is the first call-off. The contract has an estimated value of $172 million in revenue and comprises subsea trees, subsea wellheads, manifolds, and control systems integration.

A frame agreement for add-on systems and a frame agreement for subsea service offerings have also been signed.

Statoil’s Johan Sverdrup field will be the largest offshore oil find in Norway in 30 years, and it is estimated to hold 1.7 billion to 3.0 billion barrels of oil equivalents. The field is predictable to produce 550,000 - 650,000 barrels of oil equivalents a day when fully developed, equal to about 25 percent of current domestic output. Production is slated to start in late 2019.

FMC Technologies, Inc. provides technology solutions for the energy industry worldwide. The company operates through Subsea Technologies, Surface Technologies, and Energy Infrastructure segments.

AmerisourceBergen Corp. (NYSE:ABC)’s shares dropped -1.91% to $103.27.

AmerisourceBergen Corporation (ABC) declared that its Board of Directors has authorized a special $2.4 billion share repurchase program intended to further enable the execution of the Company’s formerly declared warrant hedging strategy. The new special program will be used to further mitigate the dilutive effect on the ownership interests of stockholders that may result from the issuance of common stock upon exercise of the warrants issued in March 2013.

The Company accomplished the April 2015 $1.0 billion special share repurchase program, and had formerly accomplished the May 2014 $650 million special share repurchase program. The Company anticipates that the new $2.4 billion program should be sufficient to offset the remaining share dilution from future warrant exercises, with about $140 million predictable to be used in connection with call options expiring in October 2015, about $700 million predictable to be used in connection with capped calls expiring in 2016, and about $715 million predictable to be used in connection with capped calls expiring in 2017. The remainder accessible under the new special program would be used for discretionary repurchases intended to supplement these hedging activities.

AmerisourceBergen Corporation sources and distributes pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers, and specialty drug patients in the United States and internationally.

At the end of Tuesday’s trade, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (ADR) (NYSE:BBVA)‘s shares dipped -2.67% to $8.40.

BBVA Compass declared the 19 members of its new community advisory board, which is stacked with leaders who will assist guide the bank’s efforts to better serve low- to moderate-income individuals and neighborhoods and strengthen its community development program.

The BBVA Compass Community Advisory Board’s members are from national organizations and in markets across the bank’s seven-state footprint and bring expertise in a variety of areas — affordable housing, alternative lending and economic development, for instance, in addition to financial education and inclusion. They’re tasked with giving BBVA Compass executives and board members guidance and feedback on the bank’s restructured Community Reinvestment Act program and will provide referrals for business opportunities in mortgage, small business and commercial lending that will assist the bank meet its CRA aims.

Liberty Global, (NASDAQ:LBTYK), ended its Tuesday’s trading session with -1.75% loss, and closed at $45.04.
