RGS Energy will originate residential solar power purchase contract (PPA) projects with RGS Financing, Inc., the in-house solar financing division for RGS Energy, with the OneRoof Energy partnership allowing RGS to expand its in-house financing to new states and further broaden its product offering to comprise PPAs. OneRoof Energy will provide the funding for RGS Energy’s in-house financing for PPAs, in addition to perform engineering, procurement, permitting and construction (EPC) services. The integrated solution offers solar customers an array of flexible financing options, seamless panel design, permitting, installation, project administration and lifetime monitoring.

At the end of Monday’s trade, Basic Energy Services, Inc (NYSE:BAS)‘s shares dipped -7.81% to $7.67, as Basic Energy Services, stated selected operating data for the month of March 2015. Basic’s well servicing rig count remained unchanged at 421. Well servicing rig hours for the month were 56,000 producing a rig utilization rate of 55%, contrast to 55% and 75% in February 2015 and March 2014, respectively.

During the month, Basic’s fluid service truck count reduced by 26 to 1,023. Fluid service truck hours for the month were 202,900 contrasts to 184,100 and 211,000 in February 2015 and March 2014, respectively.

In the formerly published six month follow-up data, Cytori’s ECCS-50 therapeutic showed:

Improvement in Cochin Hand Function Scale (CHFS) from mean of 48.5 at baseline to 21.2 at six months.

Improvement in Hand Pain (Visual Analog Scale) from mean of 59.4 at baseline to 17.8 at six months.

Improvement in Raynaud’s Condition Score (RCS) from mean of 7.2 at baseline to 2.9 at six months.
