Kellogg Company, together with its auxiliaries, manufactures and markets ready-to-eat cereal and convenience foods. The company operates through U.S. Morning Foods, U.S. Snacks, U.S. Specialty, North America Other, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific segments.

Mosaic Co (NYSE:MOS)’s shares dropped -1.50% to $38.82.

The Mosaic Company (MOS) hosted the third annual Hunger-Relief Forum at the Bradenton Convention Center. The session brought together local and state policymakers, agriculture, health and hunger-issues experts for interactive talk about on the causes of hunger and viable solutions to enhance food access in Florida.

The day-long forum kicked off with keynote speaker Florida Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services Adam H. Putnam. Commissioner Putnam offered an update on “Florida’s Roadmap to Living Healthy” program, the first statewide map that correlates lack of access to nutritious food with poor health indicators in an advanced web-based GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tool. The Board of Directors of Time Warner Cable Inc. (TWC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share on the Company’s Common Stock, payable in cash on October 22, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 1, 2015.

Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:LXRX), ended its Thursday’s trading session with 11.24% gain, and closed at $15.74.

Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (LXRX) declared that data from its pivotal TELESTAR Phase 3 clinical study of telotristat etiprate has been accepted as a late-breaking presentation at the European Cancer Congress, which will be held September 25–29 in Vienna, Austria.

Telotristat etiprate, which has received Fast Track and Orphan Drug designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, is in development for the treatment of carcinoid syndrome in cancer patients whose symptoms are not adequately controlled with the current standard of care.

Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, focuses on the discovery and development of pharmaceutical products for the treatment of human diseases.
