On Monday, Shares of Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX), gained 0.97% to $11.48.

Xerox Corporation, declared its acquisition of Healthy Communities Institute (HCI), a Berkeley, Calif.-based company with a leading cloud platform that puts socioeconomic and community health information at the fingertips of hospitals, public health agencies and community coalitions.

Midas+ serves over 2,200 healthcare provider facilities and is the market leader in workflow solutions, quality, regulatory administration and actionable insights that improve patient care.

HCI’s software-as-a-service platform centralizes proprietary, healthcare and community data to assist hospitals and other health organizations manage population health. By tapping data derived from clinical visits, healthcare claims, and community-level assessments, healthcare providers and others can better understand community demographics, risk factors and disease distribution. HCI supports more than 250 hospitals, public health organizations and community health and employer coalitions across 36 states and covers over 100 million lives across the United States.

Xerox Corporation provides business process and document administration solutions worldwide. The company’s Services segment offers various business process outsourcing services, such as customer care, transaction processing, human resources, communication and marketing, and consulting and analytics services, in addition to finance, accounting, and procurement services.

Shares of Apache Corp. (NYSE:APA), inclined 0.57% to $63.78, during its last trading session.

Apache Corporation, declared the appointment of Daniel W. Rabun to its board of directors.

Rabun, 60, presently serves as the non-executive chairman of Ensco, plc following his retirement as president and chief executive officer of Ensco in June 2014. Rabun held the office of chief executive officer for more than seven years and president for more than eight. Preceding to joining Ensco, he was a partner with the law firm Baker & McKenzie from 1986 through 2005. He is a non-executive director of Golar LNG Ltd. and, during 2012, he served as chairman of the International Association of Drilling Contractors.

Rabun holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University. He has been a CPA since 1976 and a member of the Texas Bar since 1983.

Apache Corporation, an independent energy company, explores, develops, and produces natural gas, crude oil, and natural gas liquids. It operates onshore and offshore assets primarily in the Permian Basin, the Anadarko basin in western Oklahoma, and the Texas Panhandle, Gulf Coast areas of the United States, in addition to in Western Canada.

At the end of Monday’s trade, Shares of 3M Company (NYSE:MMM), lost -0.26% to $162.87.

Finally, Praxair Inc. (NYSE:PX), ended its last trade with -0.45% loss, and closed at $121.85.

Praxair, is notifying packaged industrial, specialty, medical gas and bulk gas customers in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico of price enhances effective June 1, 2015, or as contracts permit, as follows:

  • Up to 15% for nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide
  • Up to 20% for argon and hydrogen
  • Up to 15% for facility fees or cylinder rental rates
  • Up to 5% on hardgoods

Price adjustments may be higher or lower in accordance with individual contract provisions.

These adjustments are in response to rising operational costs for all products and will support capacity expansion and infrastructure reinvestment.

Praxair, Inc. produces, sells, and distributes atmospheric, process, and specialty gases, in addition to surface coatings in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.
