Morning Trade Leaders - InterCloud Systems, (NASDAQ:ICLD), EnerNOC, (NASDAQ:ENOC), Ellie Mae, (NYSE:ELLI)

On Friday, in the course of current trade, Shares of InterCloud Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:ICLD), skyrocketed 55.91%, and is now trading at $2.37.

Today, InterCloud Systems declared that it has seen an influx of new purchase orders and long term contracts across its business segments. New business backlog is now at an all-time high of over $36 Million.

Chairman and CEO Mark Munro stated, “Our backlog of business has been steadily growing over the past twelve months. A majority of this backlog is with fortune 100 companies and other large enterprises that continue to utilize our products and services. During Morning trade, Shares of EnerNOC, Inc. (NASDAQ:ENOC), surged 23.07%, and is now trading at $13.60.

EnerNOC, declared that it will collaborate with Tesla on the deployment and administration of energy storage systems in commercial and industrial buildings. EnerNOC and Tesla will enable enterprises to monetize the batteries through demand charge administration and demand response using EnerNOC’s EIS. Initial partnership will comprise select EnerNOC customers in California.

“By working together, EnerNOC and Tesla can assist enterprises find new, innovative ways to save money and get paid for their operational flexibility,” said Tim Healy, Chairman and CEO of EnerNOC. “Energy storage has great potential and is a natural fit with energy intelligence software. We are excited to explore the possibilities with Tesla.”

Enablement of EnerNOC customer sites with Tesla energy storage systems is presently underway.

EnerNOC, Inc. provides energy intelligence software (EIS) and related solutions for commercial, institutional, and industrial customers. First Quarter 2015 Highlights

  • Adjusted EBITDA of $14.6 million, up 141% from $6.0 million in Q1 2014
  • Revenue per average active Encompass user of $474, up 38% from $343 in Q1 2014

Financial Results

Total revenue for the first quarter of 2015 was $54.2 million, contrast to $32.2 million for the first quarter of 2014. Net income for the first quarter of 2015 was $3.6 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, contrast to net income of $0.8 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2014. Diluted share count for the first quarter of 2015 was 30.4 million, as contrast to 29.1 million during the first quarter of 2014.

On a non-GAAP basis, adjusted net income for the first quarter of 2015 was $9.9 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, contrast to $4.6 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2014. Adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter of 2015 was $14.6 million, contrast to $6.0 million for the first quarter of 2014.

Ellie Mae, Inc. provides on-demand software solutions and services for the residential mortgage industry in the United States. Its mortgage administration solution offers a system of record that allows banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders to originate and fund mortgages.
