On Friday, Shares of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), lost -0.85% to $45.26.

In an email to employees on June 17, Microsoft Corp. declared changes to its Senior Leadership Team to drive engineering alignment against the company’s core ambitions: reinvent productivity and business processes, build the intelligent cloud platform, and create more personal computing.

Changes to the Senior Leadership Team comprise the following:

Executive Vice President Terry Myerson will lead a newly formed team, Windows and Devices Group (WDG), focused on enabling more personal computing experiences powered by the Windows ecosystem. This new team combines the engineering efforts of the current Operating Systems Group and Microsoft Devices Group.

Executive Vice President Scott Guthrie will continue to lead the Cloud and Enterprise (C+E) team focused on building the intelligent cloud platform that powers any application on any device. The C+E team will also focus on building high-value infrastructure and business services that are key to managing business processes, especially in the areas of data and analytics, security and administration, and development tools. As a part of this declaraton, the company will move the Dynamics development teams to the C+E team, enabling the company to accelerate ERP and CRM work and bring it into the mainstream C+E engineering and innovation efforts.

Executive Vice President Qi Lu will continue to lead the Applications and Services Group (ASG) focused on reinventing productivity services for digital work that span all devices and appeal to the people who use technology at work and in their personal lives.

As a result of the organizational moves, Stephen Elop, Kirill Tatarinov and Eric Rudder will leave Microsoft after a designated transition period. Unrelated to the engineering restructuring changes, Chief Insights Officer Mark Penn has decided to pursue another venture outside Microsoft and will be leaving the company in September.

Microsoft Corporation develops, licenses, markets, and supports software, services, and devices worldwide. The company’s Devices and Consumer (D&C) Licensing segment licenses Windows operating system and related software; Microsoft Office for consumers; and Windows Phone operating system.

Shares of CVS Health Corporation (NYSE:CVS), inclined 0.79% to $105.84, during its last trading session.

CVS Health Corporation, declared that Norman de Greve will join CVS Health as Chief Marketing Officer, effective July 15. In this role, de Greve will be accountable for marketing strategy across the enterprise. Presently, President of the Boston and Detroit offices of DigitasLBi, an agency considered a pioneer in marketing, de Greve has deep experience in cross-channel communications planning, brand campaigns, media, loyalty and analytics in some of the most competitive industries, such as financial services, health care, travel, retail and automotive.

In addition to his 14 years at DigitasLBi, de Greve spent time in administration consulting where he honed his expertise in developing customer-driven growth strategies and analytics. De Greve earned a B.A. from Ithaca College and an MBA from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

CVS Health Corporation, together with its auxiliaries, provides integrated pharmacy health care services in the United States. The company operates through Pharmacy Services and Retail Pharmacy segments.

Finally, Aramark (NYSE:ARMK), ended its last trade with 0.29% gain, and closed at $31.65.

On June 17, The National Park Service (NPS) declared it has selected Aramark, the award-winning food and hospitality partner for national and state parks and other leading leisure and cultural attractions across the country, as the new concessioner for Yosemite National Park.

Under the 15-year contract, planned to start on March 1, 2016, Aramark will manage Yosemite’s hospitality programs encompassing lodging, food and beverage, retail, recreational and transportation services.

“We are honored the National Park Service has selected us to serve as concessioner for Yosemite National Park,” said Bruce W. Fears, president of Aramark’s Leisure division. “The NPS is a longtime and valued partner and we look forward to enhancing Yosemite’s guest experience with a variety of distinctive hospitality and service offerings and educational and interpretive programming. Yosemite is one of America’s most treasured resources and important natural preserves and we are excited to work with the NPS as a steward of the park’s rich history and to assist shape its legacy moving forward.”

Aramark provides food, facilities, and uniform services to education, healthcare, business and industry, sports, leisure, and corrections clients primarily in North America. The company offers managed services, counting dining, catering, food service administration, convenience-oriented retail operations, grounds and facilities maintenance, custodial, energy and construction administration, and capital project administration.
