On Tuesday, Shares of SunEdison, Inc. (NYSE:SUNE), lost -8.56% to $5.02.

SunEdison Inc. fell for a second day after an analyst raised concern that negotiations over about $650 million in financing could dilute the value of existing shares, according to Bloomberg.

The world’s biggest renewable-energy developer fell 8.6 percent to $5.02 a share at the close of trading in New York after dropping 7.3 percent on Monday. That’s the biggest two-day loss for SunEdison in three weeks. The shares rose 9.8 percent when debt talks were revealed in a regulatory filing on Dec. 24. Bloomberg Reports

“While the shares have rallied on positive liquidity datapoints, we still see equity solvency as challenged,” Julien Dumoulin-Smith, an analyst at UBS who has a sell rating on the stock, said in a research note on Monday. “While a warrant would not be unusual, administration’s disclosure is unclear about form or magnitude.”

SunEdison, Inc. develops, manufactures, and sells silicon wafers to the semiconductor industry. The company operates through three segments: Solar Energy, TerraForm Power, and Semiconductor Materials. The Solar Energy segment provides solar energy services that integrate the design, installation, financing, monitoring, operations, and maintenance portions of the downstream solar market. It also manufactures polysilicon, silicon wafers, and solar modules.

Shares of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS), declined -0.16% to $107.08, during its last trading session.

Disney just showed off a new robot that’s capable of scaling walls, taking the term “all-terrain” to a whole other level, according to Quartz.

VertiGo is a collaborative project between Disney Research Zurich and university ETH Zurich. The video below, released Dec. 29, shows the robot traversing the ground before effortlessly climbing a wall.

The VertiGo’s apparent ability to defy gravity is due to its lightweight carbon fiber body and two tiltable propellers. The front propeller assists transition the robot from ground to wall by flipping it over into position. The rear propeller, meanwhile, provides thrust onto the wall, allowing VertiGo to travel on walls with uneven surfaces. Quartz Reports

The Walt Disney Company, together with its auxiliaries, operates as an entertainment company worldwide. The forward P/E of Unilever plc is at 19.71 signifying the uses of estimated net earnings over the next 12 months. Investors will be getting a good grip in comparing the current earnings of the company to estimated future earnings.

With its low price-to-sales ratio of 2.32, the company is evidently a better investment since the investors are paying a lower amount for each unit of sales. However, the company sales do not necessarily expose the entire picture, as it might be unprofitable with a low P/S ratio.

Unilever PLC operates in the fast-moving consumer goods market in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, and Belarus. The company operates through Personal Care, Foods, Refreshment, and Home Care segments.
