Due to this high level of interest, Pfizer raised its funding of the initiative from $500,000 (USD) to $760,000 (USD) to support additional projects.

The SPARC MBC Challenge aims to empower advocacy groups, hospital netoperates, support groups and other organizations worldwide as they initiate projects to close the gap in information, support, awareness and policy between metastatic breast cancer and early disease, as well as assist reduce the number of women diagnosed at the metastatic stage of breast cancer.

As part of the initiative, Verizon will convert 10,000+ square feet of an underutilized floor at its iconic, former headquarters building. The space will connect the coworking community to Verizon’s advanced Internet services and provide a platform for modern work in the legacy, Art Deco structure. The company anticipates to be operational in early 2016.

Finally, Shares of New York Times Co (NYSE:NYT), ended its last trade with -2.49% loss, and closed at $12.52, as The New York Times will offer one-day unlimited access to its website and mobile app to anyone who purchases a print edition of the paper from a newsstand starting on Tuesday.

The media organization hopes to double annual digital revenue to $800 million by 2020 largely by increasing mobile readership, the Times declared last week. Magazines and newspapers have struggled to reverse losses as consumption shifts toward mobile devices and advertisers move to digital platforms.

By expanding online access, the Times hopes to expose more customers to the benefits of its digital platforms and thereby boost digital revenue, Reuters reports.

The stock, after recent close, is 2.18% above their SMA 50 and 3.86% from SMA20 and is -4.76% below than SMA200. 70.20% shares of the company were owned by institutional investors. The company has 1.31 value in price to sale ratio while price to book ratio was recorded as 2.47. It beta stands at 1.79.
