Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. issued its 2015 Security Report, the company’s third annual report revealing the major security threats that influenced organizations across the world.

Shares of Franklin Resources, Inc.(NYSE:BEN), declined -0.22% to $ 50.80, during its last trading session.

Franklin Resources, declared the launch of the Franklin Retirement Payout Fund series1 designed to assist defined contribution participants transition from savings to spending in retirement.

The retirement industry has made great strides with respect to the accumulation phase; however, plan sponsors have formerly been reluctant to actively address participant cash flow needs in retirement. The Franklin Retirement Payout Fund series is an in-plan solution designed to assist address some of these critical needs.

Williams, declared that it has placed into service its Rockaway Delivery Lateral and Northeast Connector projects, increasing natural gas delivery capacity to Brooklyn and Queens and assisting New York City meet its clean-air aims.

With a daily delivery capacity of 647,000 dekatherms, the Rockaway Delivery Lateral provides an additional supply-delivery connection between Williams’ Transco transmission pipeline and the National Grid distribution system, which provides local natural gas service to 1.8 million customers in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and Long Island. The Rockaway project adds 3.2 miles of new Transco pipeline and related facilities in New York. The Northeast Connector project comprises of equipment to enhance compression at three existing Transco facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and provides 100,000 dekatherms per day of firm transportation capacity from Transco’s Station 195 in southeastern Pennsylvania to the Rockaway Delivery Lateral.

Williams Partners L.P., an energy infrastructure company, focuses on connecting North America’s hydrocarbon resource plays to growing markets for natural gas and natural gas liquids.

Finally, Spirit Airlines Incorporated (NASDAQ:SAVE), ended its last trade with -1.42% loss, and close at $ 64.43.

Spirit Airlines Incorporated, declared it will add new nonstop service between Los Angeles International Airport and Oakland International Airport, starting November 12, 2015.

This new service will comprise of two daily nonstop flights, with a morning and evening flight each way, allowing travelers to keep time on their side. They’ll also be able to keep more money in their pockets with Spirit’s ultra-low fares.

With this new service, Spirit will operate nonstop flights to 13 destinations from Los Angeles, counting Atlanta (starting 8/20/15), Baltimore/Washington, DC (starting 7/9/15), Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Kansas City (starting 7/9/15), Las Vegas, Minneapolis-St. Paul, and Oakland/San Francisco Bay area (starting 11/12/15).

Spirit Airlines, Inc. provides low-fare airline services. As of February 17, 2015, it operated about 325 daily flights to 57 destinations in the United States, Caribbean, and Latin America.
