Pioneer Natural Resources Company engages in the exploration and production of oil and gas in the United States. The company produces and sells oil, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and gas. It has operations primarily in the Permian Basin in West Texas, the Eagle Ford Shale play in South Texas, the Raton field in southeastern Colorado, and the West Panhandle field in the Texas Panhandle. As of December 31, 2014, the company had proved undeveloped reserves and proved developed reserves of about 89 MMBbls of oil, 42 MMBbls of NGLs, and 317 billion cubic feet of gas; and owned interests in 6 gas processing plants and 8 treating facilities.

Accenture (ACN) declared it has signed a contract with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. The original agreement began in 2009 and will be extended for an additional five years, building on the successful business relationship and delivery of application and infrastructure services.

Gannett Co., Inc. Common Stock When Issued (NYSE:GCI), ended its Wednesday’s trading session with 0.08% gain, and closed at $13.21.

Gannett Co., Inc. (GCI) declared that Kevin Gentzel joined the company as chief revenue officer (CRO). He comes to Gannett most recently as head of advertising sales, North America at Yahoo!, where he led the field advertising sales team and was responsible for all premium, audience, search, native, online video, programmatic, sponsorship and display advertising revenue. Preceding to joining Yahoo!, Gentzel served as CRO of The Washington Post where he led The Post’s advertising innovations and development of custom ad solutions as the media organization began its transformation under Jeff Bezos.

Before joining The Post, Gentzel was CRO of NDN, an online video syndication and news distribution platform. There, he was responsible for all advertising revenue, brand marketing and corporate communications for the company, in addition to creating future revenue-driving initiatives that grew the brand’s revenue by 300 percent.
