Scorpio Bulkers, declared that it has priced its formerly declared underwritten public offering of 133,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share at $1.50 per share. Scorpio Services Holdings Limited and certain of our executive officers have agreed to purchase an aggregate of 10,000,000 Common Shares at the public offering price. The Offering is predictable to close on June 16, 2015.

All or substantially all of the net proceeds of the Offering are predictable to be used to fund installment payments due under the Company’s Newbuilding Program. Any net proceeds of the Offering not used for installment payments are predictable to be used for general corporate purposes and working capital.

The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 19,950,000 Common Shares.

Scorpio Bulkers Inc., together with its auxiliaries, engages in the marine transportation of dry bulk commodities. Its fleet transports a range of major and minor bulk commodities, counting ores, coal, grains, and fertilizers along worldwide shipping routes. Office Depot, found that while nearly two-thirds (61 percent) of small business owners (SMBs) plan to take a vacation this summer, 76 percent will stay connected to their work in some way while out of the office.

According to the latest Office Depot Small Business Index, 66 percent of SMBs find it difficult, at least sometimes, to take time off from work during the summer. More than half of those who do take time off stay connected by working on their laptops and checking email on their phones.
