Pre-Market Stocks Alert: UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (NYSE:UNH), Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc. (NYSE:POT), New York Community Bancorp Inc. (NYSE:NYCB)

On Wednesday, Shares of UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (NYSE:UNH), gained 1.06% to $115.86.

UnitedHealth, is teaming up with IRONKIDS® for the second annual UnitedHealthcare IRONKIDS® Chattanooga Fun Run, aimed at inspiring and motivating young people to lead active, positive and healthy lifestyles.

The one-mile and quarter-mile UnitedHealthcare IRONKIDS Chattanooga Fun Run will take place Saturday, May 16, at 9 a.m. at Ross’s Landing – 200 Riverfront Parkway; Chattanooga, Tenn., 37402.

Onsite registration starts at 7:30 a.m., and each athlete will receive a race bib, T-shirt, goodie bag and finisher medal. The fun run course for “triathletes to be” will take place along portions of the course of the IRONMAN® 70.3® Chattanooga, which starts the next day.

Finally, New York Community Bancorp Inc. (NYSE:NYCB), ended its last trade with 0.41% gain, and closed at $17.34.

New York Community Bancorp, declared that President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph R. Ficalora will take part in the Barclays Americas Select Franchise Conference to be held on Wednesday, May 20th, in London.

During his presentation, which is planned to start at 10:30 a.m. British Summer Time (5:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time), Mr. Ficalora will talk about the Company’s business model and its first quarter 2015 financial performance.

New York Community Bancorp, Inc. operates as a holding company for New York Community Bank and New York Commercial Bank that offer banking products and financial services in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Ohio, and Arizona.
