Pre-Market Stocks Recap: Viggle Inc. (NASDAQ:VGGL), Under Armour Inc (NYSE:UA), Ring Energy, Inc. (NYSE:REI)

On Friday, Shares of Viggle Inc. (NASDAQ:VGGL), gained 5.99% to $2.30.

Viggle Inc., added more value to its unique multifaceted mobile and web-based entertainment marketing platform which offers companies and their brands an entirely new way to interact with desired consumers. The new patent covers proprietary design features regarding a new interactive television programming guide. It is granted by title: “Display Screen or Portion Thereof with Animated User Interface.”

Recognizing the convergence of the facts that consumers don’t always like to be “sold” via traditional advertising methods and that advertisers purchasing online media ads want more evidence that their ads are reaching preferred target audiences, Viggle aims to bridge the gaps.

Viggle Inc. operates as a mobile and Web-based entertainment marketing platform for media companies, brands, and consumers in the United States. It guides users towards various forms of media consumption with television enhancement, music discovery, entertainment content publishing, and distributed viewing reminders.

Shares of Under Armour Inc (NYSE:UA), declined -0.62% to $83.18, during its last trading session.

Under Armour Inc, declared that its Board of Directors unanimously approved the creation of a new class of non-voting common stock, the Class C common stock.

Under Armour anticipates to issue Class C stock through a stock dividend to all existing holders of Under Armour’s Class A and Class B common stock, which will have the same effect as a two-for-one stock split. Each holder of a share of Class A or Class B stock will receive one share of the new Class C stock. Except for voting rights, the Class C stock will have the same rights as the existing Class A stock. Application to the New York Stock Exchange will be made to list the new Class C stock, which will trade under a different ticker symbol than Under Armour’s existing Class A stock. The ticker symbol for the Class C stock and the record date for the stock dividend have not been determined.

Under Armour, Inc., together with its auxiliaries, develops, markets, and distributes branded performance apparel, footwear, and accessories for men, women, and youth primarily in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.

Finally, Ring Energy, Inc. (NYSE:REI), ended its last trade with 1.03% gain, and closed at $11.76.

Ring Energy, declared that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock to the public at $11.50 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of common stock from the Company at the offering price. The Company anticipates to close the sale of the shares of common stock on June 23, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. Net proceeds to the Company from the sale of 4,500,000 shares will be about $49 million, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated offering expenses. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to fund a portion of the formerly declared acquisition of producing wells and leaseholds in Culberson and Reeves Counties, Texas and for general corporate purposes.

In connection with the offering, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. is acting as sole bookrunner, Seaport Global Securities LLC and Euro Pacific Capital Inc. are acting as senior co-managers, and IBERIA Capital Partners L.L.C., Northland Capital Markets, Roth Capital Partners and Ladenburg Thalmann are acting as co-managers.

Ring Energy, Inc. engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and gas in Texas and Kansas. As of December 31, 2014, the company’s proved reserves compriseed of 10.4 million barrel of oil equivalent. It also had interests in about 5,129 net developed acres and 12,141 net undeveloped acres in Texas; and 17,017 net acres in Kansas. Ring Energy, Inc. sells its oil and natural gas production to end users, marketers, and other purchasers.
