Price Losers Alert: Teck Resources (NYSE:TCK), Fortinet (NASDAQ:FTNT), HollyFrontier (NYSE:HFC), Yamana Gold (NYSE:AUY)

On Monday, Teck Resources Ltd (USA) (NYSE:TCK)’s shares declined -3.93% to $13.21, as Teck Resources, declared that it has put in place an important step of its marketing and logistics plan for its 36,000 barrels per day (bpd) share of bitumen production from the Fort Hills oil sands project, securing storage and terminal service capacity.

Teck has reached contract with Gibson Energy Inc. for the construction of a 500,000 barrel dedicated storage tank at the Gibson terminal in Hardisty, Alberta, a major hub for pipeline transportation throughout North America with connectivity to the Enbridge and Keystone export pipelines in addition to area unit train loading facilities.

Yamana Gold Inc. (USA) (NYSE:AUY), ended its Monday’s trading session with -3.61% loss, and closed at $3.74, as YAMANA GOLD, declared preliminary first quarter 2015 operational results for its partner Brio Gold Inc. and offered an update on planned initiatives regarding Brio Gold.

PRELIMINARY FIRST QUARTER OPERATIONAL RESULTS

The producing mines in the Brio Gold portfolio produced about 31,000 ounces of gold in the first quarter of 2015 at cash costs of about $825 per ounce. First quarter production comprises with budget and these mines are on track to produce 130,000 ounces of gold at average cash costs of $730 per ounce of gold in 2015. The average realized gold price for these assets in the quarter was about $1,215 per ounce and exposure to the Brazilian Real remains unhedged.

Yamana Gold Inc. holds in gold mining and related activities, counting exploration, extraction, processing, and reclamation. The corporation has precious metal properties and land positions in the Americas.
