This represents a 14 percent raise over the first quarter 2014 dividend of $0.42 per share ($1.68 annualized) and is up from $0.45 per share ($1.80 annualized) for the fourth quarter of 2014.

KMI stated first quarter distributable cash flow before certain items of $1.242 billion as compared to $573 million for the comparable period in 2014.
