On Tuesday, Vipshop Holdings Ltd – ADR (NYSE:VIPS)’s shares declined -3.44% to $28.89, as Vipshop Holdings Limited, declared that Mr. Alex Jing Jiang has tendered his resignation as senior vice president of business intelligence and customer relationship administration of the Corporation, effective March 31, 2015, due to his desire to pursue his personal interests and further education. Mr. Jiang will continue to serve the Corporation as a senior corporate advisor.

The $0.07 quarterly cash dividend will be paid on May 6, 2015, to shareholders of record on April 22, 2015, and represents a 17% raise from the $0.06 cash dividend paid in the preceding period.

Pier 1 Imports, Inc. is engaged in the retail sale of decorative home furnishings, furniture, gifts, and related products. (NASDAQ:WETF), ended its Tuesday’s trading session with -3.27% loss, and closed at $21.61, as WisdomTree (WETF), and exchange-traded product sponsor and asset manager, declared the launch of the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Dividend Growth Fund (JHDG) on the NYSE Arca. JHDG seeks to provide exposure to dividend-paying stocks of companies with growth characteristics that are incorporated in Japan, while neutralizing exposure to fluctuations between the yen and the U.S. dollar. The Fund has a net expense ratio of 0.43%.1
